Level III Consultant: This consultant will have skills in broad areas covering multiple BW content areas as well as broad technical and business processes.
The key characteristics of this consultant are as follows:
• Typically 5 – 7 years practical BW support / development experience
• 1 – 3 years of ABAP programming experience
• Extensive knowledge of Star-Schema design
• Has worked in at least two systems implementation projects within a lead capacity
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Level II Consultant: This consultant has specific knowledge and skills in the design of business processes and their application in systems delivery efforts. Also expect some R3 process knowledge. The key characteristics of this consultant are as follows:
• Typically 2 – 4 years practical BW support / development experience
• 1 – 2 years ABAP programming experience
• Knowledge of Star-Schema design
• Has worked in at least one systems implementation project, applying preferred practice business processes
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Level I Consultant: This consultant has technical or functional skills in a particular area of structured systems implementation efforts. The key characteristics of this consultant are as follows:
• Typically 2 years working experience
• 1 year of BW Support / Development experience
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
